Lady and the Tramp ad in Bambi PE

Post by Disney 181 »

Luke mentioned that an ad in the Bambi Platinum DVD confirmed lady and the tramp's dvd debut for spring 2006...i was wondeirng if someone could put up a scan (if you have an advance copy) or as soon as it comes out? it should have a preview for the basis of how the cover is going to be composed, like aladdin advertised cinderella.
so any scans with info or pictures i'd love to see! and also any updated pics/ads for cinderella :D
btw, i love the bambi review...im tempted to buy it with my birthday money hehe :P

Have we posted a clearer copy of the Cinderella box art? I think it's interesting that the new dvd emphasizes the romance in that movie. Older vhs releases have emphasized the magic element, by placing the Godmother so prominently, with the pumpkin, etc. Good choice, really...it is a romantic movie.

That's pretty unclear, but it was the best I was able to get from a scan of a tiny, angled pic. We should probably have an official Cinderella announcement in the next month or two.

I can't wait for Lady and the Tramp! I'm glad they sped up the Platinum release schedule.
