Good prices on disney-dvds @ Play.com

Post by Sethp »

I Don't know if the prices are *that* great and if Play is the best retailer in the world. but £12 for 1disc disney classics (aprox $18 ) sounds pretty good to me.

This seems to be based on the Disney sponsored £10 off when you buy 2 DVDs promotion. Play tend to simply knock off £5 from each individual title.

Still, a great bargin - especially if you only want to pick up a single DVD!
Most of my Blu-ray collection some of my UK discs aren't on their database

Splash have a sale on remaining stock just now, that includes "The Many Adventure Of Winnie The Pooh" for £4 (see here. I've already got it, but £5 seems a pretty good price.

They had some other Disney titles around earlier (I ordered So Dear To My Heart, Melody Time, Rescuers Down Under and Basil for £5 each :) :D) but they seem to have sold out

Can't vouch for Splash, as this is my first order, but Play.com are pretty reliable and their customer service is excellent.

Yes, that's the site, but the half price offer has been all but cleared out now, so all the Disney titles have gone.

They have single discs at 9.99 and 2 disc Collector's Editions at 13.99. If you use the voucher code CMRVCHRK765 when you order, you will get £2 off. If you're using it, make sure you order all your items seperately, as the £2 off is per order, not title.

I always order my Disney DVD's off either Play or splash, their both great sites.

Its just cheaper to order off line now-a-days, my postman must be getting a pay rise though soon from all the work I'm giving him.
