Getting the corrected US edition would have been amazing (I would just put the US disc in the UK case) if it weren't for the fact that it's Region A locked -- according to Amazon :( To be fair Amazon put Region A on all of their U.S. releases but The Little Mermaid is in fact region free, I have it...

Definitely get the Beauty and the Beast Diamond. The long documentary on that is way better than the Platinum bonus. Im told the Snow White one has pretty in-dept. And maybe the Lion King... it has two new documentaries on it... From what I;ve read and seen, those are the only ones worth upgrading....

Do you think they'll ditch the vault completely (like in the UK) once all the Diamonds and remaining Classics are released?

I wonder if they'll use the same artwork as the international releases but with the Diamond border. Most of the Diamond line have had the sideways titles and if they do use the international cover art that will break the cycle.

This is why I stick to steelbooks and US releases only and never committed to the numbered spines in the long run. I didn't think they would actually re-issue them again especially when they're this far in with the old design but then again Disney UK are known to be inconsistent. Where is the pictur...
