The DVD Melody time is the same brazilian edition. You should buy it from Amazon.com in region 1 (this edition has the extras and spanish language track).

Luigi, the DVD Melody time in region 4 (Latin America) it doesn't have the shorts of the region 1, and the scene where Pecos Bill is smoking and make a cigarrette it doesn't exist anymore. And one worse thing, the spanish dubbed is not the original.
