Oh wow, for once in my life, I am so glad I live in Canada! :D
So to get these, will you have to buy the blu ray of the movie, and then they give you the case. Or can you just get the cases? Also will they be available in store or just online?

If anyone knows... :?

I'm curious about the Bolt digital copy. So does it include the case that the dvds came in and cover (the one that goes under the plastic layer of the case, not the cardboard slip cover)? Or it just the disc with the code? Also I live in Canada. Would you be able to ship to me? How would you want me...
