It means it's not anamorphic, ie 16:9. I haven't measured it, but the picture on my DVD looks closer to 1,66:1 although the back cover claims it's 1,85:1. So I do have the DVD version with the proper intended/teathrical aspect ratio? Nope, it's just PAL speedup. PAL picture runs 25 frames per secon...

I'm not suren how many languages the previous, non-special Region 1 DVD edition of TLK2 had, but the Scandinavian/European Region 2 had surprisingly many to choose from! I remember I had a lot of fun re-viewing "Love Will Find A Way" and "We Are One" in all the different language...

I guess it wount help you to know if it is a large problem or just a small one just for you. What you have to do is to contact the store where you bought it and ask what to do.
