None of the Ghibli DVDs are all regions, they are R2. If so, they are bootlegs.

I think that the people who work in the BVHE Benelux are less implicated in their own editions compare to France or America. Asia has the same problem.

I use HMV.CO.JP, a good site in english as well and good prices. They only send by express courrier (EMS) but it is 1500yen for 2 DVDs or 1800yens for 3. Shipping rates are on the site. Cheaper than CDJAPAN.CO.JP

Thank you for your help. I bought the thai edition of fox and the hound cheaper than the HK edition. I think it's the same containing, right?
It is weird to notice that mandarin track is not available on dumbo DVD and be replaced with the spanish track!!

Unfortunately, the taiwanese edition hasn't got the mandarin track. That's a pity! Isn't there a madarin dubbing for this cartoon?
