I'm assuming you are referering to R1 DVDs. Well ... if the trend continues, then hopefully the answer is yes. Snow White did not. BnB did not (but had a separate DVD) Lion King did not (but again had a separate R1/R4 DVD) Aladdin will. So the only thing we can really say is we have to wait and see ...

Well .... I cannot really comment on the price as I bought mine long ago brand new from a retai store @ $54 CDN and I have not really followed the market on this specific Tarzan DVD. But if it was worth it for you .... then that's all that really matters. Congrats on finding it and I am glad it was ...

MMB .... I am referring to R1 dvds. Are the NOT locked for R1 only ? Seeing as they are from Mexico and wanting to purchase the R1, in an R4 zone.

I understand that R4 DVDs are usually good for R1 also, since they are usually released at a later date. I am asking about the REVERSE situation here.
