"Remii no Oishii Resutoran". Well, The Incredibles was called "Mr. Incredible" over there if I remember correctly. Here in Sweden the film is called "Råttatouille" (Råtta is Swedish for rat :) )

Well, at least here in Sweden, the 2-disc edition was sold with the UK packaging, ratings and all, but we didn't get the book. Only the first disc had Swedish language extras and dubbing, the second disc was the same as the UK one.

Sailor Eric: This has already been confirmed as someone in the R1-forum took pictures of it, there's a link somewhere in the TLM-thread. Slipcase with the gorgeus artwork on containing a keepcase with the regular one inside. Not that I'm complaining. I love slipcases. :D

It shouldn't be any more limited than it is in the rest of the world, but there is a chance considering Japan actually gets 2 versions of the DVD, one single disc, and this 2-disc editon. First press is almost always available to all who preorder and in some cases for a long time afterwards dependin...

The number on the spine is a real sales trick from Disney, but now that I've have started collecting them I can't stop. :) And that's the reason why I DIDN'T start collecting them :D Mostly because some of the numbered editions are inferior to the special editions that are getting released, and I l...

I would have collected these numbered editions, but when I realized I would miss out on most of the 2-disc editions and get full screen transfers for Sleeping Beauty and Atlantis, I dropped the idea quite fast. Now I only try to buy UK Editions as I find them to be the best quality-wise most of the ...

Well, I'll be ordering it for sure anyway, so I'll try to post some pictures when it arrives. It is my favourite Disney film after all, so there's my excuse for spending more money on it at least. :D

Does anyone have any idea if we're going to get the remastered versions of Dumbo and Robin Hood which are getting released in the US, or will we have to import?

The Little Mermaid, Japanese Edition

OK, don't know if this has been brought up anywhere else, but I just have to show this, the Japanese cover art for The Little Mermaid. Why, oh why, can't the rest of the world get something as striking and beautiful as this? http://images.amazon.com/images/P/B000ECXAD8.01._SS500_SCLZZZZZZZ_V65400968...

I don't own the R1 of BatB, but from what I remember it was in a double Amaray keepcase with a slipcase cover. The slipcase's front could also be opened. Overall quite nice, but the R2 digipack is, in the end, MUCH better looking.

I normally choose R2UK instead of R1, except for just a couple of releases, namely Brother Bear and the Fantasia Anthology. BB for the OAR, and Fantasia for the DTS-tracks (considering how important the aural presentation is in these films, only the best is good enough), and most of the time I'm per...

Yeah, I just got the 4-disc UK box set, and I read about the DTS-tracks, put the discs in only to find that it isn't there. WTF! So I go here and plan on starting a thread, seeing it's already been done. This just sucks. I was hoping that we didn't have to go through all this again (anybody remember...
