I understand Disney's strategy on taking films back in the vault, but why do shops and other places have to send them back to Disney instead of just selling the left-over copies? This is obviously not the case here in my country (many OOP DVD's are still available), so that's why I can't understand ...

Why not just have a small stamp on the corner of the dvd-cover say it's blue-ray instead of making the covers look so cheap? Those are just bloody ugly. Think about a darker Disney classic cover with those blue things on them *shrugs* everything else but nice, I'm so not looking forward to see those...

Is the R2 version better? Isn't it usuallu the opposite way, that the R1-releases are the better ones with the normal speed and everything?

Cinderella and Tarzan will get some boxsets here in Finland including the sequels, but I'll stick with the normal DVD's because I want to be sure I get the normal cases. Lilo & Stitch SE will get the same treatment in Autumn here. Why can't they just release Gift Sets instead or beside these box...

It's been mentioned here already, it's sad news though.

I would go for everything else despite Lady and the Tramp and Melody Time, as said before L&T is getting a PE release next year and Melody Time has a better UK release, but if it really doesn't matter than go for that too.

Hmm, so there's no information of them being SE's or PE's? Oh well, it doesn't matter, because so long Peter Pan's being released I'm happy.
