I get what you mean given the humanoid animals, but I think in terms of animation and design, it looks better. Story-wise and in terms of entertainment value, we'll have to wait until March (given that the current trailer is so ambiguous), but I think something would really have to go amuck for it ...

Well that's a relief.

It would have been such a sick irony if Disney really did become the distributor for the very animation studio that turned them away from hand-drawn animation in the first place. DreamWorks should be considered their enemy for that, not their friend.

What puzzles me is ...wasn't "DuckTales" and "Darkwing Duck" a lot more popular than "Gargoyles"? I don't get their mind of thinking when it comes to releases. In their hey day, sure. But neither show, nor any of Disney's other series, can compete to the cult following...
