What am I doing wrong??

i had similar problems logging into the website. i happened to be on the phone with DMC to settle one issue when i raised the question about log in problems. the lady was nice enough to do it over the phone for me and now i can access the website.
i must warn you though, be careful when ordering from the website. i'm saying this from experience. i ordered two movies and a free bookbag. that was the promotion going on at the time: order two movies and get a free bookbag. i did just that on the website. almost a month later, no movies and bookbag. i called DMC to ask them what happened. the order NEVER went through. i found it impossible because i had the order number in front of me. i gave it to her and the order number didn't exist in the computer. i had to re-order the movies and bookbag again. they were having problems with the website but i don't know how they were able to take an order and then lose it. just be careful when you order from the website. :!:
