My friend told me about the new TLM3 trailers that have been airing on Nickelodeon. I wish I had seen them, but from what she's describing, they're somewhat similar to TLM2's TV spots. Here's what she said:

it showed a few clips from the first movie and it said something like, "the little mermaid has enchanted you (or something), now you can see how it all began", and it goes into a few clips from the new movie. that was pretty much it.

I actually really liked TLM2's spots, where they said something like "12 years ago, a mermaid dreamed of life on land, now her daughter dreams of life under the sea" or something. So, I can't wait to see what it's all about. I'm really pissed that Disney Channel, and even Toon Disney is so self-absorbed that they have to promote their (IMO) only decent product. UGH.

Also, I don't think we'll be getting a soundtrack anytime soon. If I remember correctly, A Twist in Time didn't have one (although then again, I don't think Dreams Come True had one either, while Return to the Sea barely had one... anyway...) and since C3 is all we really can compare it to, I really don't think we'll be getting one.

I really want "I Remember" in HQ. Oh well, I can just rip the audio.

Yeah, so I just wanted to report that there's a trailer out there, and my final thoughts on getting a (much wanted, IMO) soundtrack.

i know that a lot of the things here aren't HUGE spoilers, but could you still put stuff like Athena's death and other plot stuff in white?

Yeah,she played Ariel in that film.
It was so bad that she died while watching it.

Isn't that obvious that Athena died? I mean,people already figured that out,unless you"re saying that she only pretended that she's dead but she actually ran away with one of the pirates?.

You know, Marina vaguely reminds me of Harriet Sansom Harris (played on Frasier and Desperate Housewives).

I can see that! I love Harriet on Desperate Housewives! Her character was my favorite of all of them! I hope they're able to bring her back soon.

Poody, what happens to Flounder? Is there some kind of character-change? Is there anything that happens that makes him the scared little fish we all loved from the original movie?
