Am I the only one who's getting a subtext here-- maybe because of the language The Rotoscopers used?
From a young age, Elsa knew there was something different about her-- something that was "bad." All the townsfolk think so, anyway. One day, that bad thing is "outed." Elsa runs away from everything because she doesn't want to be associated with the "bad" thing, and I'm assuming it takes her sister Anna to show Elsa that she still loves her despite the "bad" thing/doesn't believe that the "bad" thing is bad.
This movie could be gayer than The Little Mermaid.

I don't want to speak instead the Rotoscopers, but I guess they were there at the D23 presentation in last August and that they possibly have some contacts at Disney.
Personally, I think it's a bit too bad to spoil the movie girls!

Of course, you are careful enough to warn about them and there are not too huge spoilers, but be careful in the future please!
Though for now, I know we have nothing really official to get more excited about the movie, but stay patient.
The marketing will come soon as for a first teaser and the release is still far away anyway...
The Rotoscopers, you are very good at teasing Frozen, and we can clearly see you are as excited as all we are. More, I can understand you want to share what you know because I know and saw so much about this movie that is so frustrating to keep his mouth shut! lol

Btw, Idina Menzel recorded again yesterday and it looks like everyone is amazed by her voice :

Calling "The Little Mermaid" gay is not that wrong cuz Hans Christian Anderson wrote original story of the little mermaid based on a guy he liked and the Howard Ashman was gay so yeah it is strongly related to gay love. I guess that's what you meant ;

Prince Kido They do warn people of any potential spoilers, and i wouldn't say the spoiled the whole story of the film, plus most of what was said was repeated.
I'm actually really grateful that The Rotoscopers take the time to update us on any information!

"Man..... time flies! I guess I haven't really updated this blog in a while. The reason I haven't posted is because I have been slaving away at Disney on our newest feature, Frozen! We had a crew screening yesterday and it is really exciting to see this film coming together the way it is. As you may already know, Frozen is a musical and "the story follows a young girl named Anna (voiced by Kristen Bell) as she sets off on a journey to find her sister Elsa (Idina Menzel), who has trapped the kingdom in an endless winter." It is really refreshing to see such incredible broadway talent like Idina putting such a solid vocal performance into these characters!
Look for the trailer soon!"

I can't wait to hear Idina. While I love Enchanted she was really wasted in her role.

Tony Bancroft wrote:So, I had a meeting over at DISNEY FEATURE ANIMATION last week and saw some of the visual development for their new film Frozen. While the landscapes and vistas were awe-inspiring, I couldn't help but notice that the heroine of the new film looked familiar. The CG rendering of the character (don't know her name) could be the twin sister to Rapunzel from Tangled! I mean it looks like they just took the same model, gave her a haircut and put her in a new outfit! Is it just me or has anyone else seen these first images too?

Edthehyena, it's complicated for me to tell you if the Wikipedia's plot is true or fake because it contains elements that are true, but not described in a proper way.
You should just stop reading this page as I've said many times on various forums.
Plus, I don't want (and can't!) spoil anything about the story, especially since a few elements have changed too.
This Wiki's plot seems to be a mix of things we already know officially + rumors + spoilers from leaked old stuff...
Wait 'til you'll see what's true or not, it's more subtle in the movie anyway...

It is strange that it's only half a year or so from coming out and there's been almost nothing. I'm sure they'd market the bazooka out of this if they were able to.
If this can do as much as Tangled, it’ll probably be much more of a success in their eyes considering Tangled's budget probably dwarfs what they spent on this, I’d think anyway.

I believe that Frozen's trailer will be out on June, 13. Tangled's trailer officially come out on June 10, 2010.
Wreck-It Ralph's trailer officially came out on June 6, 2012. Once June rolls around, Frozen marketing will officially get going.

No, the Little Mermaid is the story of a weeaboo who wants to go to Japan after her father destroys all her manga, wallscrolls and pocky and gets a ride to Japan from that sketchy fat chick at the anime club, but she looks like a baka gaijin because she cannot speak the language or understand the culture properly.

A subtext does not have to be intentional. There is a reason TLM has a ton of gay fans-- and it's not because Ariel is a Princess.
There's a lot more to being gay than just liking the same sex.

SO strange : surprisingly enough, that weird mention about a strange love triangle has just been removed from wikipedia...
