There is an 11th episode, but ABC decided to hold it back till the writer's strike os solved which sucks because there was supposed to be something like a cliff-hanger in episode 11.
Depending on the writer's strike Season 4 is over.

But I liked the ending, it was different, and I am not a fan of the big BAM!! episodes. The idea with the hostage situation that you had could be for me, depending on how it's handled a jump-the-shark moment.
The whole ferry-crash/Meredith dead thing was already a toe over the line.

Remember, the last pre-strike airs tonight, and there's gonna be loads of drama involving Bailey.

I can't wait for the new episode, although it is the last one for probably a very long time, depending on how long the writer's strike is gonna last.

Oh gosh Dottie ... The episode is half-way through ... and there are so many BAM!s lol ...

Why'd this have to be the last one for a while? Gosh! It's too too good!

This is such an amazing episode. It's one of the best episodes of this entire series. It has actually reminded me of a lesson that I've forgotten. That faith can do extraordinary things. That belief can transcend anything physical. That's just good television, if it can teach and move in such a strong way!

It's not so much the emotional/character BAMS as the real Bams with fire and loads of blood and drama, like the ferry crash or the bomb that I'm not too fond of.

Last night's episode was amazing!! So emotional, I started crying when Bailey had her breakdown in McDreamy's arms and the whole "Bailey's baby is hurt" line was amazing and dramatic. Grey's at its best.
Hahn and Mark are great together and it was nice that they brought Mrs O'Malley back.
The whole faith healer thing was, uhm..., weird, but nicely done, so, although I don't believe in it, it did fit the situation.
Bailey's narration in the beginning was hilarious!!
Great episode! Maybe one of this year's best.

Wow, it's been a while since we have had some discussion in this thread. The writers strike really took its toll. At any rate, there's some great news to post:

Grey's Scoop: Addison Returns to Seattle Grace!

http://community.tvguide.com/blog-entry ... /800034625

Addison's back!

Private Practice's extended post-strike hiatus has freed up Kate Walsh to return to her old Grey's Anatomy stomping ground this spring, an ABC spokesperson confirms. The actress will appear in at least one of the five new Grey's episodes slated to begin airing April 24. The story was first reported by EW.com.

There's no word if any of Addison's Oceanside Wellness cronies will be following her to Seattle Grace, but I'm guessing not. Damn hospital's too crowded as it is. It'll be nice to have Doc Monts back though, even for a brief visit.

It will, right?

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Darn right it will be nice! I'm very excited at this news, even if it is only for one episode. I will be tuning in, for sure!

You're welcome. I'm so happy to hear the news, myself. I've read that it may just be one episode, but, as I said, I'll be happy to see her back, even if only for one episode!

OMG, that is really good news about Addison! what a great idea to have her guest start.. ahhh i cant wait!

fellow greys/patrick dempsey lovers: if your engaged you need to enter this, you can get married at the premiere of his movie "Made of Honor" which BTW, looks fantastic.. you also get a bunch of free stuff but it pales in comparison to standing next to Patrick Dempsey while your getting married, ha

Very good episode. I loved it and definitely one of the lighter and funnier Grey's episodes. The contest thing was great and Lexie robbing the hospital was hilarious.
The whole Derek/Rose thing on the other hand really bugs me. Rose is a peach but so wrong for Derek.
But I think for the creative process the WGA strike was a good thing.

I can't believe I missed last weeks episode! Thank God for ABC.com having it, online. I am going to have to watch it, this evening, after Desperate Housewives and Brothers and Sisters! I really can't believe I missed it, because Addison came back to visit. Did anyone here catch it? How was it?

I've seen it and it was really good. Addison seemed kinda out of place, but I really liked it and there were things that moved the plot forward especially Callie/Hahn.
Grey's is really back on track to become what it was in Season 2. Season 3 was still good but kind of too dark and twisty.

Wow!! Thtat was one fantastic episode last night! Classic Grey's Anatomy stuff. I actually think the writer's strike was good for all the productions to get things sorted out and develop decent storylines without the time limits.
Can't wait for next week's episode.

Good LORD, Justin Chambers (Alex) looks so HOT in that picture! I will have to find a place to display this season, where I can see that picture EVERY SINGLE DAY!

Thanks for posting the info, RTD!

OMG! One of the best episodes yet this season.
It's amazing how many new plot-lines were introduced last night. Shame that next week is already the season finale which is two hours and I'm really excited about that, but I wish there were more episodes.

I must agree Dottie ... that was one fan-frickin-tastic episode ...

And oh gosh ... Andre showed up! That broke my heart in two ...

Jane Doe needs to go ... I have never liked her ... and she's psycho LOL ...

I am really liking Erica and I am glad they are finally addressing her sexuality ... I knew it! and I am so happy that they finally have a gay main character ... but I don't buy that Callie is turning all lesbo ... It seems kinda forced ...

I was actually hoping that when Addison was pressing Hahn for answers ... she would have said something like ... "I'm so tough on Cristina ... because I love her" ... That's a little bit more believable at least IMO ...

But I am super excited about the finale ...

Oh and one more thing ... Rose has G2G!
