Because a number of people have asked their toy R US and they said that they're not allowed to sell them until May 1st. meaning they have them in the back. one store even put them out accidental, and have the prices on the shelves. Wave 2 seems to be street dated like movies and games. they get them them earlier than their allowed to sell them so they can all start selling more or less at the same time.

And a 15 inch Jessie? thats way too huge, where did you get that from? keep in mind that some times sites are innacurate with that. I know they had the wrong size for Rex on Thinkway's site. still do in fact.

Anyway, there is a less expensive but still accurate in scale Jessie, as seen here.

The main difference seems to be plastic hair instead of yarn.
She does talk, but its sitll cheaper than the collection verison, which is what you want, right?

The 15 inches, non-talking Lotso I saw on the Disney store website.
I actually just came back from the Disney store and I actually might hold out for the more expensive one. For some reason I just cannot pass up a Toy Story Collection toy and go for the more "inferior" toy. Please forgive me for my bipolar-ness when it comes to toys!

I cant blame you at all, I'd never go for an inferior toy. are the toys over priced? sure. but I would rather wait until I could afford it than stare at a version I own knowing there's a better one out there.

Oo I'm actually going to the mall tomorrow, I'll have to stop in Toys R Us, maybe I'll get lucky and find Jessie!

What about Bullseye though?

Well, I went to Toys R Us today and they didn't have Toy Story Collection Jessie =/ I even asked the guy too, which is something I NEVER do haha and he said they didn't have any in the back.

Well, he was either telling the truth, or being lazy and lying ( ), but the point is I have no TSC Jessie. Hopefully she'll show up soon!

Yeah, when does Bullseye come out? Anyway, went to my Toys R Us earlier today. The guy checked in the back for me, but there were no Jessies. They DID have the new Buzz with the utility belt on the shelves, and it was very cool. Someday, I may get that one to keep in the package. But, if I do, that'll be some time down the road, because it won't kill me if I don't get one. I haven't even decided if I will get Lotso or not. Really need to see the film first. I will be happy as long as I manage to get the COA Jessie and Bullseye, especially after recently adding Slink to my collection. I cut ou the string on his forehead and filled in the hole. I noticed a new Toy Story 3 packaged Slink the day after I bought and worked on mine though, and I sure hope they didn't just finally decide to release one without the string/hole in the forehead, a day after I bought mine! You can't see this new one in the taped up packaging, but the art on the box only shows the string tied to the loop on his chest... I suspect it is the same ol' Slink though, but I'd love to get confirmation on that.

Anyway, so I ended up getting some other stuff today and will now have to wait till next weekend before I can afford a Jessie again, but I hope I do find one then.

I feel the same way about Lotso! I kinda wanna see the movie first before I buy him. I mean, I'm sure I won't have a problem with him as a character so I'll probably get it anyway, but I still feel like I should see the movie first lol.

Don't feel bad, I haven't heard any reports yet about people spotting Jessie. the only new things people are finding are the Utility belt buzz, a fashion Jessie (a barbie basically, with a Jessie head), the non toy story collection Jessie, and the new Aliens single packs that glow in the dark.

Maybe she'll be in stock in a week er so, depending on your area.

Is there any word on if the single pack aliens are "squeaky"?

They are not. they are however more squeezable. at least according to the guy who took this pic. (the blue parts are also darker)


though another guy says his was as rock hard as the 3 pack, so I'm not sure whats going on. either some are softer than others, or someone has a different opinion. but if they are this pliable then adding a squeaker yourself could be feasible

However, these Do squeak.

they look crappy if you ask me though. and their not to scale.

Im guessing the guy who said that his didnt squeeze got his wires crossed about the purchase.

I saw both Jessie (yarn hair!) and Lotso (strawberry scented!) a couple of days ago at the local Disney Store. No sign of Bullseye yet though.

And she was in the roundup box? I cant help but be skeptical, as no one has managed to post pics, or claimed to have bought one yet.

Someone at pixarplanet has bought the TSC Lotso, and has posted pics. and I know the Utility belt buzz is out thanks to someone on youtube who reviewed it. So we know at least these two are starting to pop up on shelves.

I believe it was the roundup box, but honestly I was paying too much attention to her face and hair to think about much else. I'll snap a pic next time I'm at the store. I was hoping to find one of the Hamm banks, but no dice.

do you at least remember the color? the TSC box is pink.

And I've seen a yarn-hair Jessie and a strawberry-scented Lotso at the Disney Store and neither of them were TSC versions.

Well, I'm gonna be headin' towards the mall on the 23rd or the 24th when Super Mario Galaxy 2 comes out, maybe I'll get lucky and find some new TSC toys!

I will likely check my local Toys R Us Saturday. If it was closer, I'd check tomorrow, but as its on the other side of town (sigh) I probably won't get the chance tomorrow. I get off at 6 and Smallville starts at 7, ha.

I'm not going to bother checking the Disney Store for now, since I have a coupon for 10 dollars off 50 at Toys R Us. Can't wait to get Jessie and Bullseye though, but aren't the Bullseyes supposed to come out later this summer? Still think I'll wait on Lotso till seeing the film. If he's a one film villain or something, I may not feel the NEED to get him. If he's truly a new part of the gang, then that's a different story. I'm also on the lookout for the TY beanies of Jeanette and Eleanor from the Chipmunk Squeakquel. I here they are coming out next month, and I've been waiting for them to complete that set.

Can't make it over there as quickly as I thought, so I called to ask. They told me it's a "Talking Jessie" in a blue box with white clouds, and that a "more expensive one is somewhere between here and China right now."

Hoping to see what Toys R Us has tomorrow, but I also will be looking for the Toy Story 3 Barbie. I think I wanna get one of those, preferably the one that comes with Ken. I also wonder if they will release those Woody's Roundup Harmonicas after all. Oh, and I did just see a TSC Lotso on Ebay, so I guess those are out now, so probably Jessie too.
