On Tuesday, the long awaited StarStruck CD will be released. One little interesting thing you might see in the liner notes is that Drew Ryan Scott of Varsity Fanclub is credited with some of the vocals.

I get to see Starstruck as early as Sunday because I have 'Disney Channel on Demand' now. I may or may not pick the CD up.

Did you like it? I think that it looks good, but I've been underwhelmed with some of the music that I've heard so far.

Christopher Wilde is like a milder or maybe crazier version of his other character Chad?
Here's one line in the movie that is NOT "Chad Dylan Cooper":
"I'm Funny"
(I think it would have been funny to have DEMI play his Hollywood girlfriend, not Chelsea Staub)

Late last night, Sterling Knight puts months of rumors to rest by tweeting that he only sang portions of the song "StarStruck" and that the vocals for the other six songs by his character Christopher Wilde were sung by Drew Ryan Scott (Varsity Fanclub). Fans have become skeptical of Sterling based on his recent Disney Channel and Radio Disney interviews where he danced around ‘honest’ answers about his singing and one week ago Tommy2.Net had the exclusive on Drew Ryan Scott’s mysterious credit on the album (prior to it’s release). To fuel even more speculation the album credits don’t list the name of Sterling but his fictional character — similar to how they tried to cover up the vocal work that Drew Seeley did for Zac Efron on the first High School Musical soundtrack. Will Disney Channel be reevaluating their policy on what their stars can talk about on social media platforms?

I missed StarStuck but from the bits I saw the film could've been alil more entertaing, sort of reminded of another DCOM film from the 9Os (Model Behavior I think) in some ways.
But I'm ready for the next one, Harriet The Spy

Thanks so much for posting the trailer, Mason- I didn't even know that they were done filming! But "Blog Wars"? Really?!? Gotta make it relevant for kids these days, I guess...
I, too, didn't watch StarStruck yet, but we all know that it'll be on a lot more...unless they're pulling a Princess Protection Program and won't be airing it again for months...IDK.

I agree bout the Subtitle: Blog War, they should've kept that out of the title if they wan'na draw a huge crowd. I'm mostly will buy it when it arrives on dvd.
Plus I think Jennifer Stone is a good actress so it'll be fun seein her takin on a melodrama role

Yeah, I like her, too, so it'll be fun to see her in another role.

Talent in the movie includes: Kristin Booth (This Beautiful City), Wesley Morgan (Degrassi: The Next Generation), Doug Murray (Aaron Stone), Shauna MacDonald (Aaron Stone), Melinda Shankar (Degrassi: The Next Generation), Alexander Conti (Cheaper By the Dozen 2), Vanessa Morgan (The Latest Buzz), Kiana Madeira (CBC’s Little Mosque on the Prairie) and Aislinn Paul (Degrassi: The Next Generation).
