Did you happen to see the "Deluxe Edition" at Target and how much it was? I know it comes with a bonus disc and bonus CD, but the weekly ad doesn't really specify what's on it.

Pals beat me to it! $22.99 is correct! :)

Oh, and I most definitely agree about Back to the Future. I've been wanting to add it to my collection for a long time, but kept forgetting about it...which is pretty much considered blasphemy. Oh well, it's mine now! 8)

I just bought Happy Feet. It's a single-disc edition without many extras, but while I love the film, I'm not sure I love it enough for a lot of bonuses to matter, so I just went ahead and got it. Plus, if a 2-disc version does surface down the line, it will undoubtably still be filled with kiddie crap like the Harry Potter DVDs. So...yeah, I am content with this version of Happy Feet.

The other title I want this week, Children of Men, is a much better film, but it was more expensive by a couple dollars and has less replay value due to its brutal nature, so I am going to wait for a price drop on it. Knowing Universal, one will come in three or four months.

I don't know why so many people are getting Happy Feet. I thought it was okay but don't really want to buy it right now. I already know it might be lower during Easter weekend and probably be cheaper on Black Friday (the day after Thanksgiving).

What makes youthink itwill be lower during Easter, right now is the time to get it, unless you wait for used copies

I agree with you. I'll probably wait for it to come on Pay-Per-View and just record it to a dvd. I did not like it enough to buy it.

Bought another one Aaron? Gift for someone else or just a backup copy?

Man, I haven't bought a DVD in quite awhile. Last one I received was Jump In, but the last one I actually bought were a couple Doctor Who's and Peter Pan: Platinum Edition in early March.

No, I just hadn't posted it yet. Either that, or I missed it when I went back to look for my most recent posting in this thread.

Buffy, the Vampire Slayer: Season 4 (R2)
Since I bought it the first time around in R1 just so I could watch it quickly ( :D ) it made for a far less convinient viewing, so here comes the replacement.

Image
Angel: Season 4 (R2)
The viewing adventures of Angel and co. continues! Should be a great season with Steven DeKnight writing for the show.

Image
The Corpse Bride (R2)
At long last!

Image
V for Vendetta (R2)
I loved the half I managed to watch, so I figured, what the heck! Lets buy it after only half a viewing.

Image
Happy Feet (R2)
Blind buy, and one I'm grateful for! This movie is one of charm and sweetness, something that's lacking in animated movies nowadays.
