Are things like "Cinderella II" on the list as well?

I think that it`s nice that on the disney dvd`s here in
Norway they put the "classic" number on the side of the cover!
Look here: http://snurr.no/product_info.php?cPath= ... cts_id=495
(Click on the picture to get it bigger so you can see it)
Do they do that in any other countries? I haven`t seen it..?

In the UK the 42 classics have on their back cover
"Disneys {insert number here} Animated Classic"* and I know that in North America some have the numbers mentioned in the blurb (Melody Time) but don't make a thing out of it.

It strange that you put that picture of Treasure Planet with its number up Todd, because it says that TP is the 49th "classic". What are the 7 other films that Norway have on their list that the UK/US don't put on theirs?

*Because of release date these films dont have thier number mentioned on their cover in the UK
Fantasia, Tarzan, Fantasia 2000, The Emperors New Groove (on DVD only) and on some VHS/DVD's of Atlantis is says that its the 39th Animated Classic and on some (I think later printings) it says its the 40th, but since it says on Lilo And Stitch that its the 41st classic we can see that BVUK are now sticking to the "official" list.

Yes it`s says 42
On the TENG it says 39 here.
But on Fantasia and tarzan it hasen`t here either.
Thats because they havent updated these classics yet,
with bonus stuff and such like..
I only buy the "numbered" classics, and are waiting for the others to update!

I read a recent article about don Hahn, the Disney Producer. He talked of a coputer animated Disney film he's working on called "Gnomeo And Juliet" about a garden Gnome in love. Sounds interesting.

Yeah, it sounds kinda cute - but how would it end? Family friendly suicide?

I doubt that Disney will go with suicide. Don't know how it will end then.
