Hey all. I really would like an animated avatar, but need your help since I do not have a Paint Shop thingy.
First of all, I'd like this resizing to fit the 100x100 demension:

Secondly, I would like this interlaced with another screen (in the same style as Kram Nebuer's avatar) saying "Look at that, UD also has a website!".
