Luke,

do you know which ads pay? I know you stated earlier that PSAs don't but do you know which do? I can click on the ones that pay more frequently than the PSAs. I just need to know which are paying ones. Any ones you know of right off the bat could help aid me in moving me toward the "right" ads.

Do the Oracle ones that deal with computers pay?

I really don't know what pays what, and I think I'd be a violation to say, even if I did know. All I know is that PSAs do not pay anything, and that applies to charities I guess. There is an option to replace them with a different ad server if all they have left is PSAs, but I don't have that in place. So, all I know is when ads are clicked - # of clicks and amount they bring in total. The beginning of the new month generally brings higher-paying ones, I guess.

Thanks for the interest - it really does make a huge difference in covering the costs of the site!

Oh, and limitedmovie is gone. Any other suspicious or cruddy ones you come across, let me know.

Thanks Luke for the additional info. I've been clicking some PSAs, so what I will focus on are the others.

Remember to keep clicking the breast cancer site, link below! Thanks!

We need exactly 2 non-media items to ship from Amazon in orders placed through our links before the end of the year in order to bump us into the next tier and effectively raise the referral rate on everything that has been shipped this quarter. Toys are considered non-media and are generally the cheapest things that are. "Non-media" is anything other than books, CDs, videos, or DVDs. Just two...

That, and nobody was clicking the Google ads again. Like literally single-digit number of clicks a day.

Well, it looks like the infamous www.limitedmovie.com has popped up again, but under a new name.

There are now ads from
www.discountmovie.net
on the UltimateDisney website.

The Discount Movie website looks just like the old limitedmovie site (which is now gone). Same prices, same bootlegged Disney movies, same substitute covers etc. etc.

Luke, would you be so kind as to block that?

Ouch. They are multiplying.

Just found another very suspicious banner ad:
www.threedollardvd.com
Bambi $3.00
Home on the Range $3.00
Little Mermaid $3.00

"ship your DVD’s via air express from China"

"The reason that I do not provide the hard plastic cases is that they cost me about a dollar each to ship"

"I ship disks to match the region of the purchaser. I guarantee that the disks that you receive will play in your player. If you dont know what regional coding is then please dont worry about it."
Now if that doesn't say "bootleg" all over it, I don't know what does....

I guess it slipped by since the domain was blocked with "www" and that's missing from there. I've added the domain sans the triple-w to the blocked list as well. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
