I am in between it depends on the relase I am awating. If it is one of my absolute favorite movies that I am wating for I hold on out on seeing them on VHS so that when i finally get the DVD I not only enjoy the resotration but movie in general the characters, songs ect. But if I am home sick or soemthing or with nothing better to do then I might pop one in every now and then but usally know. I know I held out for Alice in Wonderland and Aladdin 
and it was so worth it.
