Pinocchio, Peter Pan and Dumbo.
Pinocchio: Its.......odd. I never really liked it alot. It bored me, I guess.
Peter Pan: The sequel was....dare I say it?....better! *hides from ppl who are probably going to throw spoons at meh*.........*looks around*....BAM! *spoon hits her in face*.........owch.........
Dumbo: Never liked it, never will. Never made since to me really.

I share your opinion umbreongirl. I actually don't really like any of the old movies that much. I like the movies since The Little Mermaid better, like Aladdin, The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, ... Some oldies really bore me (except Alice in Wonderland and some others). I don't hate them, but no oldies are my favorites.

I voted for Dumbo, but it was a hard choice between that and Bambi. I'm suprised most people voted for Alice I can easily get hooked on that movie. I'm glad no one has voted for Sleeping Beauty, that movie, in my opinion, is one of the best movies ever.

I picked Fantasia. For some reason I can not stand that movie, I find it really boring. I never cared for Bambi or Dumbo either.

mvealf wrote:I agree. I can appreciate Bambi, but it is very uninteresting to me. The whole first 30 minutes is just showing us how cute the animals are. Oops, Bambi fell down, isn't that cute. That kind of stuff goes on and on and wears thin, in my opinion. The actual story can be told in 15 seconds.
Thanks for sharing your opinion without spoiling the movie. From what you said, the movie doesn't seem to have much of a plot.

I guess I must be a backwards kinda Disney fan, then - because I absolutely adore
Bambi and
Dumbo. Well, I was raised on the videos from an early age, and I love animals and nature, besides. Much more than humans and love stories, in any case.

The "Fab Four" of the early 90s deserve props, of course; but I personally still hold more respect for the older films. Again, though - they were what I grew up with. The Big 4 came a shade too late for me - at least for a single-digit-aged me.

I think I saw a scene where Bambi was on an icy lake. He slid across the lake or pond before falling down. Maybe I'm thinking of the wrong animated film.
