I based the assorted 2 on the fact that all the remaining unreleased shorts (non features) cant be cramed onto 1 2dvd set. I am assuming disney is shooting to release everything. And yes this would include the someone longer short, just like donald in math land. What exactly the but on which assorted set is anyones guess, but unless they can come up with a specific theme for the second set my guess is it will also be assorted. On the number remaining, I did sit down and spent several hours seeing what is still to be released, and Donald is just perfect for a total of 3 more sets, SS is perfect for 1 more set (half b&w half in color) and perfect number for a final mickey B&W set. I had another post a month or so ago where i listed every short and what set they would come out on (lumping assorted 1 &2 together of course). see here. Although the alice and oswald are extremely unlikely to see a release.

Oswald will not see a release. Disney don't own the rights.

Personally, if I was deciding where to put MathmagicLand, I would put it in the rumoured Eductational set (which would only contain selected shorts - Disney has made far too many educational films).

I think Donald may actually get an additional set - just like Mickey's last set contains odd & ends (including his feature film apperances) I wouldn't be suprised if Donald gets his feature apperances (and perhaps MathmagicLand and similar) in a final Donald set.

How many cartoon's from "On The Front Lines" will be repeated on Donald Duck Vol 2? A lot of people (including myself) feel that Disney didn't want to repeat the contents of shorts on two sets at once so that is the reason there are only 36 shorts on the Donald set.
