However, this may just be another preliminary artwork since the release is so far ahead, like the colourscheme of it though!
It's nice to see so many characters on a cover for once!

Aother reason to think this may not be final is the fact that this perticular image has not been posted on or own upcoming cover art webpage, but that may just be because it's fresh

The one thing I dislike is the eel next to Marina, sorta weird I guess!
I still hope they are distant relatives to flotsem and jetsom, or babyversions

This is the final cover,the covers page here has nothing to do with it,it's final-check out the Disney Shopping site who shows the cover with a spine so this is official,and there's nothing worng with it-this PERFACT,much better then that ugly poster and better then the Enchanted cover.

Another thing, why say:

''every TALE has a beginning, can't seem to get over that

I can help you-make sure that picture is in good size-for exmaple,you need to make it so let's say you can see hear neck or shoulders,you can save it,click the picture where you saved it,shrink it a bit and then make an avater,hope I helped .

I think it's very great I think you should shrink the picture a bit to show more of her hair .
You can also make a siggy .

That's a good idea, but most people would wonder why Ariel is shown twice on the cover (the average buyer won't know about Athena or her overly-similar relation to Ariel).

I agree. I actually think the logo should be the opposite of what it is, with 'The Little Mermaid' the big part and 'Ariel's Beginning' small. 'The Little Mermaid' is the name everyone'll recognize after all.

Coulden't agree more, altough having ''the little mermaid'' enlarged would confuse most buyers I'm afraid, in the absense of the number 3, this is
a sequel after all! The title is bogus to begin with

I hope the rest of the sisters are on the back cover.

You know, That is a good idea!

You know, I think I prefer the previous cover featured on amazon.com. If Disney is gonna stuff their covers full of side characters, at least give them more subtle expressions like on Cinderella III or The Fox and the Hound II.... Looking at everyone either overly excited or cross-eyed is a strain on the eyes.
