I saw the screen caps from the review and from what I seen on one picture the 2001 version looked better.

First, it's "from what I saw" not "from what I seen" Secondly, you can't really base an opinion from 1 picture

I don't believe that I am picking a fight with you. I'm just, well, giving you answers that you obviously didn't know. And, no, I don't believe that I will watch a Disney movie "or something".

Before it gets any uglier, both of you just CALM DOWN and take a few steps away from each other.

BATBFan1 - as owner of both the old VHS and the old DVD, the new transfer is MUCH better in terms of color saturation and overall quality. But at the same time, I can see how you'd prefer the 2001 "lived-in" look to an old film. But the outburst ("What is your problem!!!") could have been avoided by simply explaining your opinion instead of retaliating.

Sequel - nobody's ever banned from using an emoticon (otherwise, I'd be the only one with exclusive rights to this little baby: ). BATBFan1's just been warned not to do posts only. There's a difference between warning and banning. And your tone towards BATBFan1 was rather...well, pushy, to say the least. You know better, he knows better, we all know better than to get smartass like that towards anyone.

Both of you - don't get heated up over an opinion. Lord knows I have and look where it's got me. And, last time I checked, forums are for everyone to share an opinion, whether or not anyone else agrees with it.

I said that because he pissed me off! He brought up one thing that had nothing to do with the other! That really wasn't even called for as well. However, in the screencaps the 2002 version actually looks more colorful but then again I didn't see my new DVD yet to COMPARE! (Sorry did a typo before! OPPS I am not PERFECT! )

ouch...I see this topic had a little argument going on...but to go back on topic, I can't wait to pick up the special edition of Grease! It's one of my favorite movies!
