Did The Rescuers come with a DVD/Chapter insert?

I bought a copy of The Rescuers and all that was inside the case was the DVD. Is this the way the movie was sold? Or did I just get a copy that is missing the DVD insert?

Try a simple search, we have done this one over and over and really who cares anyways.
Answer is no.

I'm in the UK and the Region 2 copy of
The Rescuers that I have has an insert, but I believe that no Region 1 copy has an insert in the case. Around the time of the Region 1 release (Spring/Summer 2003), I believe that Disney US stopped including inserts within the new releases bar the special editions, and
The Rescuers fell victim. A lot of Disney fans complained, and inserts became the norm again in North America.

jfig - not a shot at you. I just get tired of the emphasis put on packaging over a quality dvd.
