Is It Important To Look For The Buena Vista Stamps On The Back Of DVD Covers, If They Don't Have The Stamps Are They Returns/Fakes?

Stamps? Perhaps you mean stickers? Or maybe those logos inside the case? If it's the logo issue, don't worry. Not all Disney DVDs come with them!

If you mean the blue stamps on the outer plastic, If they aren't there I wouldn't say they are fake. I just got 2 new Disney DVD's and neither of them have the stamp and they were from Best Buy.

Best Buy can wrap their DVDs; sometimes Disney DVDs do not arrive with the Disney stamp on the back because BB would have to put a promotional thing (extra disc or whatever) with it and seal it themselves.

And insert! If you look at the wrapping of certain DVDs, you'll see they are different. The one that looks 'shrink wrapped' most likely won't have an insert, but the one that looks 'perfectly sealed' will have an insert. (but this one doesn't apply with most Disney DVDs)

NOW, if you don't see a BVHE stamp on one of the DVDs, say you're looking at THE PACIFIER. One DVD of The Pacifier has a BVHE stamp and the other doesn't, then choose the one with the BVHE stamp. It's all comparing wrapping!
