So I joined the club last night, decided I would use it to get some of the catalogue titles that aren’t in my collection yet, and everything went fine, except I never got a confirmation email about my order.

I logged onto the website and all my information is correct and such, but it also says I have no order history.

Did anyone else have this problem when signing up??

Yes, I didn't get my confirmation email until my order was actually sent. I had the exact info you did- nothing in order history, no email, etc. It takes a while for it to all process and be sent. I don't think I got an email for like a week and a half or something.
