Everyone is allowed to vote. You do not need to have voted in previous rounds.

Rules are simple: 3 parental choices will leave and not make it through to the next round, there are 2 days for voting with every round.

One had about 1 minute of screen time, the other was a rampaging beast when she appeared on screen. I'm voting based on the characters I like, that's all.

I guess they don't think that's good enough. Quasimodo's Mother was one of my favorites just because of that whole dramatic scene she was in. "Sanctuary! Please give us sanctuary!" One of the real reasons why Frollo was such a despicable villain.
