Who here's a fan of the Kingdom Hearts, the PS2 game?

I am!!

Yes, this game was one of my main reasons for getting back into Disney again (the other being Brother Bear). And now I'm SERIOUSLY anticipating KH2! Especiallly since the info's been out a while now about a Pirates of the Caribbean world! They've done a good job rendering the world, and to see Sora, Donald and Goofy mingling with the likes of Elizabeth Swann.







Makes my mouth water! And what makes me even happier is that SquareEnix hasn't bothered to put in Pixar worlds in both games, which is good. Retains the solely Disney magic in it.

As soon as PS3 comes out I am getting a marked down PS2 just for these games.

Right now, Kingdom Hearts is my favorite video game franchise. I have beaten the first one completely as well as the GBA sequel Chain of Memories. If anyone has any questions about either game, concerning the plot, just ask me and I'll be happy to answer.

The first game was great

I'm a huge fan of the first game. My expectations from #2 are sky high, but I think I'll be satisfied with the end result. The screens look fantastic from where I'm standing!

Nope not a fan of Kingdom of Hearts. But wish I could play it.

As much as I LOVED KH (and KH:CoM to an extent) looking forward to KHII, I really don't know if putting in a PotC world is a good idea...judging from the screenshots, it's just very off-putting.

I love Kingdom Hearts and Chain of Memories.....I haven't gotten that far in the PS2 game,though(I'm stuck in the Tarzan world;I'm not good at swinging on vines)...I'm almost finished with Chain of Memories(just need to beat the final boss as Riku)....I probably won't get KH2 right away,but I will get it eventually....

Even when is very atractive and looks pretty cool, I think I´l never play it because I will not buy the PS3 but the Xbox360

It's being released for Playstation 2, not 3. If you own one of those then you can buy it!

That's exactly what I'm going to do. I'm not a very computer gamey kind of person, but I desperately want the KH games, but I can't really justify buying a PS2 now just for one game, but just like the PSones when PS2 came out, most stores will be pretty much giving them away!

As sad as it is, I bought a PS2 just so I could play Kingdom Hearts. But I bought a refurbished one off eBay for a good price, and I justified my purchase with the fact that I haven't had a system since Super Nintendo!

I've gotten through to the "secret ending" but I can't get through that final cup in Herc's world. Man, the bad guys just keep coming and coming!

I've been dying for this sequel, and I've been even more interested ever since the announcement that Jack Sparrow would be included.

Can't wait!!!

Who knows? Maybe a Haunted Mansion world would exist...yeah right.

This might be possible, but still, I hope they cast Johnny and Kiera as the voices for Jack and Elizabeth. I'm also hoping Will Turner/Orlando Bloom will appear somewhere. I'm also curious to see how the Heartless for the PotC world will be, maybe the same ones from the Neverland world in KH?

The first game blew my mind. I couldn't believe that there was a Nightmare Before Christmas world. This time I can't wait for PotC, Mulan, and Beauty and the Beast. I really hope Gaston's a boss.

I also hope they come up with a better villain this time. Who was Ansem supposed to be anyway?

As far as I remember, Ansem was a man who went on a journey to find other worlds and also found the power of "darkness". He knew the power he would have and turned into an evil man who was able to control the heartless. If you beat the game, then you should think about reading the Ansem Report. It's made out of 11 chapters (I think) and it gives you a deeper story on his journey.

Nah, he'd just shoot arrows at you out of his rifle.

but maybe fighting with some of the magical objects because they confused you with one of the people who entered on the castle to kill Beast, then fight Beast because he doesn´t belive you and instead of defeating him when Beast´s energy bar fall down completely we could see a clip of Belle enter the room and making the things clear to each others

You don't fight the enchanted objects. Here's the story of B&tB's world by what's been confirmed so far:
Sora, Donald, and Goofy get to the castle to find that all the castle staff has been put in the dungeon by Beast. You fight heartless until you get to Belle's room. The dresser, the only enchanted object not imprisoned (how convenient) fills you in and tells you what to do from there. There's a lot more to it, but I forgot it . We don't know why Beast has gone mad and imprisoned everyone, but it has something to do with an unknown who's brainwashing him. For those of you who don't know, and unknown is a creature in a black coat who does not have a heart. Beast even attacks Sora and the gang because he doesn't remember them. They get thorugh to him though, and he joins your team and you go on to fight the boss. I'm sorry, I can't post images. I've tried and tried, but it either doesn't work or I get the box with an "X" in it.

Oh, and the boss is not Gaston, but a creature that kinda fuses with a room in the castle. I don't know how to explain it; I really with I could get the hang of posting pictures so I could show you.
