I'm looking for a new copy of '101 Dalmations' and not a bootleg either. :) My friend's birthfay is coming up in two weeks and it would be nice to get her the last movie she needs to complete her Disney collection.

It's the next best thing since I'll never get Britney Spears' autograph.

Thank you for that link but I may have to hold off. I don't have a credit card so I can't really do it. I tried asking someone in my fmaily to help out but no one is willing.

I know this sounds bad but I'm going to burn a copy for her if I can rent it somewhere in my city. (although I doubt I can find it since the places that do have it people won't return it).
Yeah it's bad but I'd rather make it myself than pay money for a potential bootleg.
She would be more than satisfied with the copy I made although I would rather get a real copy.

Now that I think about it I may just get her something else.

LOL, yeah, burning a DVD is generally a bootleg. He does say he'd rather get a real copy, but if the only way he can get it is to rent it and burn it, then I say let him. Or you could do what JM once suggested (somewhere in OT)

Rent it at Blockbuster. Since they don't have late fees, keep it at least 3 weeks past the due date. Then they'll just charge you for it and you keep it, while they get another copy somewhere.

Burning is basically a bootleg yes but I will never sell or make profit even though I could rake in a lot of money. Stupid conscious.

I can't rent it around here! I haven't hit all the Blockbusters, Rogers and Jumbo videos but I have been at atleast 10-15 different video stores and not one place has a copy!
Since it came out when VHS was still pretty popular, especially with kids or animation videos most places opted just to get the VHS so now it's so rare.
One place had it but someone will never return it.

Yeah one thing about Blockbuster DVDs is that they are in a crappy condition especially old DVDs or childrens DVDs.

You'll never find it because it never existed... :shifty:

Why spend your money on the limited edition when you can just wait for the 100x better Platinum Edition?
