Do you have all Disney DVD Classics? :? :? :?
Disney DVD are good to own as you dont having to wait for them to come on TV.
You should get them all on E-Bay. :D
They has lots of Limited Issues and Gold Collection so you can get:

Pinocchio
Lady and the Tramp
The Little Mermaid
101 Dalmatians
Jungle Book
Tarzan

But Luke say that there are bootleggers who make fake DVDs and rip people on.
Bootleggers should rot in hell! :x
I dont have all Disney Classic though as it going to cost a lot and I should wait for platinum edition (liek Aladdin), masterpiece edition (like Alice in Wonderland), sepcial edition (like Sleeping Beauty) or 40th anniversaty edution (like Marty Poppins).
If Disney DVD are $20 each, if you buy all of them at one time, you spent $880!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am poor student so I have to pay for lunch and books. If I don't, I die or become weird like Loomis or Renata.
Therefore I have no all Disney DVD classics, but I'm going on E-Bay to get some of them! :D
I suck as I should have all now!!!!!!!!! :x
So you should go out and buy all animated classic now or you'll be like me.
Remember to buy them on DVD as VHS suck and/or Luke will banned you from here if you don't get the DVD.

Amazon.com is another place you can buy this DVD. Sometimes they sell them used.

I've also picked up classic Disney DVDs at EB Games. They are used, but I never had a problem with them. And all have been the real thing

Why would I want to have a Disney films on DVD? I'm still collecting them on VHS! I don't see why people make such a fuss about DVD, VHS is just as good and plus you don't have to have the film in stupid widescreen on a video and you do on DVD!

Why do film companies put those stupid black lines on anyway! They are annoying! :?

What is this; a commercial? Not all Disney DVDs are worth owning. Many have almost no special features whatsoever, and sport an unimpressive non-anamorphic transfer (and even pan&scan in some cases). Why would anyone actually buy these?

It was a joke; merely a cynical attack on a certain Disney DVD fan who insists on owning every single Disney DVD available...

Couple of things...

1) DVD's are considered to have much better quality picture and sound compared to VHS

2) No need to worry about rewind/fast forward to go to certain parts of the film

3) More room for special features

4) The black lines are only present on 4:3 tv's.....if you have a widescreen TV there are no black lines. You generally get more of the picture in widescreen rather then cutoff edges

I think the most enjoyable part of this thread is determining who gets the joke and who doesn't. Am I really this heartless?

Your actually too late. There have been several threads/posts attacking this poster's writing style. Personally, I find these to be very juvenile and immature.
