Word of mouth, from what I hear, is slowly buidling up and not too much negativity is surrounding this film...for those who are skeptics though, here's a insider article on the making of the film, etc.

Hope that shows for you all! :D

I especially like how they also gave info on producer Randy Fullmer, including the span of his Disney career until now (wow, BaTB, Lion King and Emperor's New Groove, he should be proud. :) He also states that Disney's very own pencil animators were integrated in with the computer animators. A quote from the article:

"Probably half our crew had worked on 'Dinosaur' and other partially CG-animated films, and half our crew had never done that. They had worked on things like 'Beauty and the Beast' and 'The Lion King' and 'The Emperor's New Groove,' and they're pencil animators, I think our traditional animators had a lot to teach the computer animators, and the computer animators certainly were savvy about the technical aspects and trained our pencil animators."

"Basically Disney's foundation as a company is the artists that are already here and the knowledge. So the last thing in the world you want to do is throw that out; you want to bring that along and evolve it into the new technology!"

All that is, is the newsletter Disney emails out. Of course it is going to be flattering.

Exactly. And the move from July to November was not particularly encouraging, given the statistically-proven "summer releases are more profitable" mantra used to explain <i>Cars'</i> delay. I'm still interested in this, but the delays and long production history have me mildly skeptical. It appears like Disney is going all out in terms of marketing this one, but it's important to remember it's not the medium that will make this a success or a flop.

The new trailer for it at www.movies.com looks like crap in my opinion. Any hopes I had for this movie are gone now... which is really too bad. It is my firm opinion that this movie WILL NOT do as well as Disney is hoping for at the Box Office.

I never liked the story of Chicken Little and I am sure Disney won't make me like it anymore. I think I might just hate it :P
