I've been a member for a week now and noticed some areas that are lacking:

Each title should display a Mickey Mouse icon to signify that it will count towards commitment and if so, how many!

My Profile area should reveal how many titles you have fulfilled and how many remain!

Online customer support contact.

Faster processing of paid orders, as in to be shipped within 2-3 days vs 2-3 weeks.

A new billing system that is updated in real time and more in sync with the web site and automated phone system.

Faster VIP processing, as in with 7-10 days of finalize vs 30-60 days.

As for shipping, you can choose to have them delivered faster (2-3 days), of course you pay more. Mine only take a about 10 days to come, and thats with their regular delivery. They are also shipped out the day after I order them.

And V.I.P, I ordered my last movie to complete my agreement on the 6th and I'm already a V.I.P memeber, so it didn't take as long as they said it would.
