Hi there!

I am dying to know the name of a TV movie from the Disney Channel from the late 80's/early 90's. It was about a girl who wasn't from Earth. She had 3 marks on her neck and she either had a tiara she put on or a necklace that gave her special powers. I think she lived in back of a store or something.

I know that is very little info to go on, but any help is great!
