R3 TARZEN two disc special edition is out today!

i just got it today
but i think most of the bonus features are so short !
( compare to other special edtion like Atlantis and Mulan )
but i am so glad they decided to rerelease this one since i missed the R1 CE

Do you know if this new version is Pan and Scan only? I have the original Taiwan region 3 release and it was letterboxed. I want the special edition, but I want to make sure it's letterboxed before I buy it.

the new version if not better at least the video qulity is the same,
it's widescreen,and i am sure it's what you are looking for!

did you say R3 or R2? are they the same as R1? i'm here in canada and planning to buy tarzan. where did you purchase yours?

I believe tu was refuring to the R3 disk which is available in the far eastern countries. I believe all the new releases are indetical to the original R1 release, apart from Phil Collin's demo song recordings which [sadly] are not featured.

where can you purchase R3 tarzan online and can ship to canada? is it worth to purchase either R2 or R3 tarzan or buy an R1 at ebay? though R1 nowadays are hard to find and expensive!

From the reviews I've read, the demo recordings were icluded on the new release. What is missing are the two text-based features that were on the previous edition: the original story outline and the story of Edgar Rice Burrough's Tarzan and the production of the film.

i checked yesasia but they don't have it. i'll probably get it thru dvdfromkorea since its NTSC than in UK (PAL). thanks.
