Anyone doing anything interesting on Mother's Day (hopefully, with your mother and/or child)?

Cards? Brunches? Flowers? Etc. . .

Since I won't be able to be with my mom on Mother's day, I've sent her a card and flowers. I'm really not much more creative than that. . .

Mother's Day is this Sunday right? I don't know, that's what happens when you're in school, lose track of time.

Well, since I live 300+ miles away from my mom, I sent her a card and a Fraggle Rock DVD (only to discover the entire first season is coming out on dvd in the FALL!). Of course, the following morning after I sent her the gifts... she rang me up. She was excited because she knew what she wanted for Mother's Day. And the Fraggle Rock DVD I bought her (she LOVES Fraggle Rock)? Well, let's just say that wasn't on her wishlist. *facepalm*

Would never work w/my mum, she is a pastry chef, lol, so any cake other than her own... well you get the idea!

I buy her ice cream every other monday!

I bought her flowers the other day... but she's getting another Charming Tails for her collection, found one on eBay that was retired for $12!!!!

It's sooo cute too.

1. Nothing at all...
2. She never eats anywhere! No restuarant in town has what she likes...
3. She likes them, I guess, but is worse at keeping plants alive than I am! Which says a lot!
4. Cards are always nice, but never enough. And I'm tired of giving her little collectable clutter and stuff like that.

AND she never wears any clothes we buy (nor pj's) and she hates candy.

Anyone want to ATTEMPT to help me, please? :D

I've always wanted to attend a mother's day brunch. I know they have one at the Disneyland Hotel in Southern California with everything cut into Disney shapes.

I think my mom would probably prefer it though if I made her brunch myself.

1. Does she wear earrings, bracelts (Charm bracelet would be nice), etc.

2. Someone here mentioned perfume

3. There are always GIFT CARDS! Major dept. stores, wal-mart, k-mart, etc.

4. Does she like a particular type of music?

5. Candles, something from Bath & Body Works

... last resort, say MOM, what would YOU like for Mother's Day and don't let her get away w/oh you don't have to buy me anything...

Or you can always buy her a plant to hang on the porch, ya just water them...

I know this is funny, but seriously:

Pantys

because it´s something that perhaps she will not be showing it around--we hope--it´s very usefull and completely necesary
because of the all-day use they get old and you need more new ones, belive me, is not like a fanncy dinner or a perfume but she will be always thankfull(or at least she get rid of its)

No, not funny at all.
But the better term is 'lingerie'.

Every mother is a woman, and women want to feel young. (if that didn't make sense, I'm sorry! :p)
You could never go wrong with a gift certificate from Victoria's Secret.
Plus, they don't only sell lingerie! So I think there's a win with a VS gift! :)
