I can't remember much of this song.
I remember:
-A picture of Mickey Mouse being sketched (I think)
-"It all started with a dream"
-Woman singing a song that is NOT 'Remember the Magic'.

I am wondering if what you are thinking of is "Share A Dream Come True" (not the parade whimsical version, but the ballad version) sung by Tiffany Coburn.
Its on my Disney Magic in the Streets CD

You say a picture of Mickey being drawn... did you see this in a cartoon or a movie or in a theme park, etc.?

I saw it once on TV (I think. It may have been a video, I was really young), and at the Disney store once.
I'd check all my tapes, but I only have about half my collection right now.
