Does anyone remember the show Adventures in Wonderland? It was on Disney Channel in the early 90's and was a live-action show with actors playing the roles of the characters. This used to be one of my favorite shows when I was little. I used to watch it every morning before school. I would love for them to release it on DVD. I was just wondering what thoughts you guys had on this show?

I use to watch that every morning with my mom. Mind you, I was in middle school at the time. But something about that show was fun and appealing.

I remember that show. It was one of the few shows I ever watched before going to school in the mornings. All I can remember of it now though is the white rabbit on roller skates. I wouldn't mind seeing it again someday.

I vaguely remember that. I think the only episode I saw was the one with the Queen of Hearts. But wasn't that back when the Disney channel was considered a "premium" channel and you had to pay extra for it?

I LOVE Adventures in Wonderland! I grew up with it and I still watch it til this day! My favorite characters are Alice, the Tweeldes, Hatter and the Queen! I especially loved the music! The show helped me during a hard time in my life. My favorite episodes are: Christmas in Wonderland, This Bunny for Hire, How the West Was Wonderland, Days of Vine and Roses, A Litter Help from my friends, Busy as a Spelling Bee, I Am the Walrus and a lot of others! There's a youtube channel with episodes if anyone is interested. I would love to see the series on DVD!

VAGUELY remember it. I think a lot of the episodes began with her in her room. I sort of remember the mouse in the teacup as well. Like I said, though, my memory of it is fuzzy at the moment.

I don’t remember much specific about this show, but I remember I used to love the Queen when I was a child.
I wouldn't expect it to be much as a re-watch; it'd be one of those shows that are a lot less impressive when you view them with older eyes for me, most likely. I am surprised Disney has all these old shows that they don't even bother to use as fodder for early morning/late night hours.

Thanks! I had no idea. I might check out a few episodes sometime.

I don't believe that's true, at least for me. I love the show just as much now as I did when I was a kid. It still holds the same magical quality for me. And the Queen is awesome!

I never saw the show on TV but I did have a VHS tape from the Dollar Store when I was very young. I don't remember much about it, except Alice was a modern day girl with a cat named Dinah and a looking glass portal to Wonderland, but it was an entertaining two or three episodes.

The girl who played Alice in this (yeah this was an fun and awesome show. Why is this in off topic when this was made by disney themselves?) is now one of the FBI agents in CSI Las Vegas series.

The forum was split into different categories in 2005 than we have now, and some of the old threads got left behind in the shuffle. I've just moved it to the proper section.
