I recenlty obtained a used version of this on DVD and it was a region 1, but the inserts were different than any US release I've seen. The US release had a booklet, and the one I obtained, and sold, had 3 glossy/cardbord inserts. Does anyone here outside the US know if perhaps they came from a release somewhere else?

Do you have pictures of the inserts?
Where did you buy the DVD?

I don't have a picture, as I sold it before I got my "new" copy.
I got it off eBay, and it said new, but it was in fact used, you could tell. I examined it thoroughly and do not believe it was a bootleg, but who knows.
The inserts were not in booklet form, but 3 seperate inserts, each glossy/cardboard that folded out.
