Which type of Cinderella DVD will you buy?

It's getting closer to October and there's only five and a half months until one of the most beloved Disney classics waltzes onto DVD for the first time ever. My question is, which edition of Cinderella are you going to buy? The regular platinum edition, the fancy gift-set or both?

Personally, I think that I'll just buy the regular 2 Disc DVD as opposed to the fancy set. Firstly, England doesn't normally get a gift set with the platinums and I'm too lazy to import, so I'll stick with the Region 2 normal edition (unless it's snipped down to a 1 Disc set :headshake:).

Normal Platinum Edition, I'm too poor to own the fancy gift-set.

I really want the Gift Set because I love the movie, but I'll have to see how much money I have at the time and how good the gift set looks then.

I also will go for the gift-set ... although I hope the book will include something else than only the resume of what's on the DVD (Cfr Lion King & Aladdin).

Most likely the normal PE because gift boxes only sell R1 I'd much prefer the R2 version since I can enjoy it in my room. Our living room DVD is the only one that supports R1 aswell...

I am getting both. One to keep for myself(Gift Set), and one to give as a gift(Normal Platinum Edition).

I voted for the gift set because I want it... and am asking for it for xmas. I'll prob ask for either one and see what I get. I'd like the gift set but don't exactly think I'd DIE without it

just the standard unspiffy Platinum Edition.

Although I'll end up buying at least 2 copies I'm sure (one for the niece et one for moi).

Though it was decent, I was not too impressed with the Aladdin gift set. There was just so much of an oppertunity for it to be great that was passed up. That and I almost never use the gift set items anymore, just the DVD.

So, whileI do love Cinderella dearly, I'm probably not going to dip in on that again for Cinderella. The regular Platinum will do me fine.

I plan on getting the normal PE dvd. It's not my absolute favorite movie, so it's okay if I don't get the package deal.
