I rent most if not all of them at Rogers Video. Where do you rent yours?

I rarely rent. When I do, I usually rent regularly and online (from Netflix or if I'm feeling daring, any other site offering a free month). It's just cheaper and easier that way, especially since no rental place is going to be as convenient as simply getting the mail and making a list. Don't really have time for renting anymore, with all the work this site entails and reviewing. But that's fine. I can't see paying $4 regularly for rentals on movies that might later be purchased, so the unlimited monthly deals work out well for me. That, and the public library too.

Well I normally do blind buys and rarely rent. I borrow a lot of my DVDs from the local library. Do you have different rates for kids movies compared to the other movies. Up here where I sometimes rent, it's $1.49 for a kids movie and $3.99 for the others. New releases are $5.20. Extended days are $2.60 for new releases, $0.60 for adults and $0.25 for kids movies.

I rent at Blockbuster. I'm one of those people who has to see the movie before I have to get it. I rarelly do anymore blind buys, I learned my lesson on that one.

Well, of course what
Luke said with the "I rarely rent."

If I do...I ask my cousin & his blockbuster card.

I have lots of Blockbuster coupons left over from my days as a Rewards member (which I may or may not renew someday) and they don't have late fees anymore, so that's where I usually rent, although I don't rent all that often these days. Like Luke, I also utilize the public and school libraries, which have lots to choose from. As far as the net goes, I've never set up anything like that, but Blockbuster's online deal sounds interesting, especially since it comes with in-store rentals too.

I haven't been in a video rental store in years. I occassionally join netflix for a month or two when I do wish to rent movies. Otherwise, I make a blind buy.

Usually I go to Hollywood Video. Usually average about three or four a month. Most Disney movies I blind buy, though.
I used to go to Liberty Sound (a.k.a. MOVIE GALLERY) but lately they've been more obsessed with their little things like a tanning booth, toys, and pizza shop they basically don't have any movies left for you to rent.

I havent rented anything out in a long long time.....unless me and some friends are having a night in then we may get one....but its been a while...
I feel that if i think i like a movie from what i've seen from the trailer or something then i go ahead and buy it, and normally i enjoy it. Although i did buy The Incredibles from Blockbuster and got afew £1 off any rental. So i may rent out afew movies since they would only cost around £3/4....but who knows....maybe i should check to see if my Blockbuster card is still valid

I always rent from Blockbuster. I rarely ever make a blind buy. I tend to waste money that way.

With the DVD prices coming down, why rent?? I buy all my Disney films, as long as they have been shown in a theater, the day they are released. You know how I feel about sequels that haven't been in the theater. If they aren't good enough for the theater, they aren't good enough to buy.
When I do rent, three of four times a year, it is from Hollywood Video, I am a retired manager so I get a lower price.

Where?

The Public Library is my friend. I get all my dvd's there, no matter how long I have to wait in que for it, it's usually worth it.

I used to rent movies, now I don't. I make blind buys for video games and movies.
When I used to go and rent video games and movies, I went to
Showtime USA, BlockBuster (which NOW sucks) and Hollywood Videos.
When I was younger, I used to rent kiddy movies from the library.
I'd rather rent then blind buy, but my parents don't like to rent, and I'm not old enough to drive, so yeah, it sucks.
