Take it back to the store or contact whom ever you ordered the disk from and tell them your situation. They should send you a new one. Or if you bought it at store, they should give you a new one too.

Where did you buy the Disney DVD?
If it's a recent purchase, then you should take it back to the store for a replacement.
If not, then you have the option to call Disney and ask for a replacement (Info found here regarding how much you'll pay...or if you're too lazy to read, it's $6.95 per disc to replace).
I suggest calling Disney if your Disney DVD wasn't a recent purchase.

RJKD- to get the replacement disc from Disney- did you have to "register" your dvd? I've seen that on a few of mine- it says to register it and you can get enrolled in some program where they'll replace it if something goes wrong with it?

Well, I haven't replaced any discs yet because I've been...lucky on that part.

But I do register them just in case they ask if I really do have the DVD (when asking for replacement slipcovers).
I say you should just register all your DISNEY DVDs!

I think that's why they asked for my email that one time...to check up on my DVDs.

According to thier website
https://register.go.com/bvhe2/login?app ... vey/survey,
you do have to register first.

Ok! That's what I was wondering- if you had to register to get the slipcovers too. I'll have to get on that... I've gotten so many disney dvds lately!!

Yeah, without knowing what store you purchased it from, it's hard to give advice on this.
I've had to return defective copies of "Pete's Dragon" and "20,000 Leagues Under The Sea." I bought them previously-owned and kept my receipt, but I didn't have any problem exchanging them. Unfortunately, when you buy 2nd-hand DVDs, you can't always find another copy of the same DVD to exchange it for. I'm still looking for another PO copy of "Pete's Dragon."

So if it's a 2-Disc-er I'd have to pay 13.90??
and
Do they work on Weekends??

(I think) that you'll need to pay double only if you asked to replace the whole package..

I think it's best you request for everything all at once (for your own convenience

).

t's $6.95 PER MOVIE to replace. So if you were replacing an Ultimate Toy Box or Fantasia Anthology or the like, THEN it would be $13.90.
2 discers are only $6.95.
