I say Oliver & Company. I just thought the characters were more likeable. XD

I voted for O&C mainly for its likeable characters and songs!

I like Oliver & Company a lot more. I think it's a pretty underrated gem, and I really can't understand some of the criticism against it. Surely, something has to comprise the weaker half of Disney's canon, but this clever update of Dickens shouldn't be relegated to such a role. Catchy songs, the welcome, atypical contemporary setting, and a very appealing story.

Oliver and Company - it is in the weaker half of the Disney canon but does not occupy the dregs of the canon where the Rescuers resides.
Oliver and Company - good songs, Oliver and the Dodger are likeable, good villain but Penny and Fagan are not not very sympathetic characters in my books. Really hurts the story. Both come off as whiny and pandering. Cheech Marin's dog character is almost offensive in its characterization.
Rescuers - really a decent story but absolutely horrible animation especially the backgrounds.

That's Jenny, but the two redheads are somewhat interchangeable.

Are you talking about the nude female torso in the window?

The Rescuers, which I really enjoy... to be fair, though, I'm not as familiar with Oliver and haven't seen it as recently as The Rescuers.

I have to say Oliver and Company since it's a Special Edition also it has a solid plot and has great music in the film. Billy Joel does an excellent performance as Dodger.

I like them pretty much equally but I voted for 'The Rescuers' since I've seen it more recently and it's fresh on my mind.

Both are very good.

i say either save your money and buy both at the same time, or just wait for a 2 disc SE of each! which is what i'm doing.

I've seen both of them recently, but I voted for Rescuers. Although Rescuers music is much sadder than the upbeat Oliver and Co, I consider it more of a classic; it's funny how I could distinguish some of the cut corners in Oliver and Co as far as animation goes. Rescuers is also worth getting so it can sit next to the sequel, which I really liked.

I voted for Oliver and Company because it is my favorite of these two. THe songs are great and the animation is better in my opinion. I've been trying to get this one in my collection for a while now.

I'll recommend
The Rescuers, as I'm more familiar with that movie and not as many people are voting for it.

Both these movies are great but I went with Oliver and Company I dont know there was always something about that movie. Maybe its becasue it has some comedy catchy songs, and the characters are all so unique and super entertaining thats the one I would go with first.

The Rescuers for me. Oliver and Company has much better animation, but I think The Rescuers has a better story and cast of characters. I find most of the characters in Oliver to be a bit grating and unsympathetic.

I guess I'll go for Oliver first.
Thanks!
PS
Besides in the Walmart I go they only have like a couple (or just one) of this and much more of The Rescuers.
