Hi!!!
I've seen the Disney Treasures before, but have never picked any up...
Do you recommend them to me??? I love animation, I love Disney... but I really like Sleeping Beauty, Beauty and the Beast, Snow White, The Little Mermaid, Mulan and Aladdin. Fantasia, too.
Would someone with such taste like some of the Disney Treasures???
Which ones do you recommend to me??? Which do you really like???
Thanks!

All of them.
But at this point, it won't be easy.

I recommend them all too if you can find them. Right now I would go out and find any that you can, especially the animated ones if its the animation ones you are really interested in.

Here a in cd shop at one of the malls they have some. I think at least they have 4 different ones from the US (I live in Mexico), plus a few others if you count the versions released here.
I'll certainly pick at least one up!!! Thanks!

If you are able to get it, I'd suggest the Silly Symphonies set. (It's probably not one of the sets available, though.)
You'll also probably enjoy the Mickey Mouse in Living Color Vol. 2, as it has several longer Mickey cartoons.
The problem is, they're all great!

I even suggest the Classic Cartoon Favourite series. It's just animated shorts with no extras that last an hour but if you can't find certain treasure sets they are worth it. Plus you can get the Chip n Dale one, which features shorts not available in any Treasure set. It's not sure if some will ever be.

I'm positive I saw that one, at least the Mexican release version. The thing I don't like is that it doesn't come in a tin box.
I think I did see Mickey Mouse in Living Color 2, if not, it's vol. 1.
I'm excited!!!

Hola Sailor Eric, you can find lots of stuff about the Treasures (old and upcoming) in the UD Guide to the Walt Disney Treasures which also has links to reviews of several of the titles with cools things like piccies, etc.
Also if you want to go deeper before buying you can use the Search function (link is above in the pages) where if you type as keyword Treasures and search by title you'll get more than 200 topics about them. Most are in the General Discussions forum but there's also the International forum too , etc.

Get them as soon as you can. Even if it's just the Disney Shorts ones, which are the best!
The ones I would recommend personally:
The Complete Goofy
Mickey Mouse In Black and White
Mickey Mouse In Black and White Volume 2
Mickey Mouse In Living Colour
Mickey Mouse In Living Colour Volume 2
The Chronological Donald Volume 1
The Complete Pluto Volume 1
Silly Symphonies
On The Front Lines
These are great collections of classic shorts (relating to the said characters) that have been restored as much as possible. They are funny, and sometimes thought-provoking (I'm probably getting some strange looks right now, but some of those shorts are). Unfortunately I waited to get mine until recently and as a result had a very tough time tracking MMILC, MMIBW, SS, and TCG (which is still missing from my collection). So, I would definetely recommend them with every bone in my body, and I would suggest you get them as soon as possible

I would recommend them, some of them are getting pretty hard to find. You can always find them all on ebay but they can be pretty pricey. If you dont care about having the tins your best bet would be to get the ultimate treasure chest for the first two waves.

Well, I'd simply suggest get them all while you can. The tins are sort of nice, but hardly very important.
