Thanks for posting! Some good deals. I'd like to pick up Apple Dumpling Gang and Follow Me, Boys! at some point (even if the latter is pretty poor quality.)

Not sure if these prices will apply online, but if they do, you can use UD's link to <a href="http://click.linksynergy.com/fs-bin/cli ... =3&subid=0" >Target.com</a><IMG border=0 width=1 height=1 src="http://ad.linksynergy.com/fs-bin/show?i ... =3&subid=0" >.

I sure hope it applies online because I have a 10% discount card for all Target.com orders.

I would be interested in Candleshoe, The Flight of the Navigator, The Apple Dumpling Gang, and The Cat From Outer Space.

All of the Borders stores have been running a buy 3 and get one free for a few weeks now, and it seem that their regular prices have come out of orbit to compete reasonable with other local stores :!:

Excellent! That's the kind of deal I've been looking for! Too bad Disney doesn't have a current Buy 3 Get 1 Free Deal going on right now. (With the exception of the Gibli films...)

Thanks for the heads up!

I'm sure that it's the new one, as it's just a 1-disc (as opposed to the 2-Disc original that would probably be less likely for such a low price) and the fact that Disney will be re-releasing the new one as a 2-Disc later so they probably want to clear out inventory.

well, it's false advertising. My target ad said its the 1961 version (Vault Collection).
Just show them the ad, and you'll for sure get the 1961 version for $9.99. Or Just go to BEST BUY and price match it. 8)

Yes, you shouldn't have a problem getting the original Parent Trap with that ad. Otherwise, it's bait and switch, and that illegal. It was probably a mistake made by the person in charge of pricing in your Target store.

Just a heads up... My Best Buy store now calls the other stores when I price match. If the other store has sold out of the item, they will not price match. (And they also try to get me to let them keep the competitor's ad, but I don't budge on that!)

Happy shopping!

well the BEST BUY CALLING has to be the MOST ridiculous thing!
I'll try on Tuesday by getting Spongebob for $14.99 and let you know what happens. I still think that's.."not-smart" of them to do that. They end up getting money for it in the end!

I agree. I was flabbergasted when it happened the first time. I'm positive it's a policy specifically set in place by the manager of that store. It's like they're trying to get me to shop somewhere else.

I used to shop at Best Buy exclusively because of my RewardZone card, but now I will only buy something there if it's the best price. They've lost about 65-70% of my business.

Oh well, as long as I get my precious DVDS! :)

My Best Buy said the same thing tonight (about calling). Shouldn't be too big a deal, though, and they made it sound like I didn't need an ad to prove it so long as they could call. Just to be safe, though, I went to my car to get the Target ad, and BB closed while I was getting it. :( I'll try to get back out there for Tuesday.

Best Buy has definitely gone downhill lately. Their prices have gone up on some things (and dropped on almost nothing) and their store hours and customer service has declined, and I'm not that happy with Rewards. They still have the best selection, but even that isn't what it once was. At least this is the case with the several Best Buys I deal with regularly.

Oooooh....

The stories I have about Best Buy would give you nightmares... Just be a confident consumer and they won't walk all over you. Unfortunately, a lot of their poor employees are given strict guidelines on how to treat us.

And when was the last time they had double points on movies lately? Sheesh!
