With this talk of the upcoming Disney rarities DVD, there are two more recent shorts that I would like to see. Although I'm sure this disc will will be concentrating on classic old cartoons and especailly not any CG! But I would love to see these two, does anyone know anymore about them, as i dont think they've ever been released on home video.

Oilspot and Lipstick (1986)
Apparently the first ever computer animated short by Disney only released for a computer convention. Its about dogs, made out of junkyard metal parts.

Redux Red Riding Hood (1997)
Seems to only been released at animation film festivals, a modern retelling of Red Riding hood, nominated for academy award.

I've never seen either one of those but I've heard about them both. In the wave 5 speculation thread we are talking about the possibility of 39 special sets that could be apart of the Rarities tin and those two shorts were mentioned in the list. :)
