Disney Belated Anniversary

Yesterday I couldn't get on the forum, so I'll post this today. Yesterday another Disney movie continued into teen years, and while it's not an official "CLASSIC," I consider it as such. "DuckTales: The Movie - Treasure of the Lost Lamp" turned 13 years old yesterday. I never owned it but I did watch this video a lot as a kid. I always thought it was great, even though I never really did get to see but bits and pieces of the TV Show, and when you think about it, that's what a good TV-Show-Turned-Movie is, one that you don't have viewed the show to enjoy. It's a great movie, and it really brings back memories to that time of my life. I hope Disney gived it the DVD release it deserves.

When ARE we going to see this one on DVD? Now that Brave Little Toaster is coming, perhaps this one is not far off. But I'd hate for it to be a barebones, $24.99 SRP disc. I think the videocassette might have even had a short, or episode, or making-of. Something?

Me too...
I used to love the series and I remember the film fondly.
DVD seems very overdue...
I think I even remember playing a tie-in computer game or console game of some sort. Am I imagining that?

If they do release the DuckTales movie on DVD, they should have some Duck Tales episodes on the DVD or at least the 1960's short about Scrooge McDuck explaining about money to Huey, Duey, and Louie.
