After accidently changing my computer's DVD player from Region 1 to Region 2 (which had a hint of done on purpose thrown in as well  ), I've decided that I may as well get a number of Region 1 DVDs. The site I get Region 1 DVDs from is Canadian, and I'm okay with having a "version francais incluse" sticker on everything. However, whilst looking on DVD Afficiando, I noticed that the Canadian cover art had "Oliver et compagnie" written at the top with "Oliver and Company" written at the bottom. Are all Canadian DVDs labeled with this, as it seems a bit overbearing and annoying.

Yep, most have both languages written on the cover! With some DVDs in Canada though there is a choice between an English or a French cover, but I don't think this applies here!

Actually, the answer to that is no. The Canadian version does not have the French name on the cover. Typically it is formatted like so:
TITLE
(French Title in extremely small font)

However, in the case of most Disney DVDs, they just include the "Version Francais Incluse" sticker on it and not the title in French (That's on the backside of the cover if you want it all in French). Of course, your Canadian supplier may be located in Quebec, in which case, you would probably get an all French cover. In that case, find another supplier for it. Hope this friendly advice from a Canadian helps ;) I know this is the case because I've looked at Oliver And Company many times at my local stores
